At Regal Aviation Supply we want you to be happy with the products you purchase,
therefore we assure you of your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason please
contact us.
Return Policy
- All merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods with the
exception of books which must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt.
- All returns must be in the same condition as purchased and have all original packaging.
- Opened Software, Videos, and DVDs may only be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of receipt. No refunds are available for opened items.
- Items with expiration dates such as FAA or Jeppesen charts cannot be returned.
- "Clearance" items cannot be returned.
- Return shipping is your responsiblity.
However, if the return is due to our error, UPS ground shipping charges will be credited to your credit card.
- All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#),
available either by email or telephone.
- Items returned that are not in original purchase condition or original packaging may
be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
